In 2012 Chandler Arizona turns 100 years old. The city of Chandler will be holding an event on May 17, 2012 to celebrate. Also, other events are in the works. Happy 100 Chandler!
Yesterday, the Phoenix metropolitan area won the bid for the 2015 Super Bowl. The University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale will host the game. Phoenix last hosted the Super Bowl in 2008 when the Giants upset the Patriots. The NFL commissioner Roger Goodell said, “We are thrilled to be back in Arizona.” The whole Phoenix area should be thrilled to have the Super Bowl back because of not just the game but the economic implications of the whole week leading up to the Super Bowl. Let’s Go Arizona Cardinals to Super Bowl 2015!

The D-Backs force game 5 after last nights epic win. They won the game 10-6 after a 1st inning grand slam. The series goes back to Milwaukee for game 5 and is on October 7, 2011 at 5 P.M. (EST). Go D-Backs! Below is a video of the fans reacting to last nights grand slam.
The Cardinals won against the Panthers 28-21 on Sunday. Kevin Kolb looked great and Early Doucet stepped up and had 105 yards receiving. On top of that, Patrick Peterson had an 89 yard punt return to seal the game. Go Cardinals!

Last week Ryan Williams suffered a ruptured patella tendon and will miss the entire season. He’s scheduled to have surgery early next week and is expected to make a full recovery.
Larry Fitzgerald recently signed a new contract with the Arizona Cardinals. He signed an 8-year $120 million dollar contract, which means he will be with the Cardinals for the rest of his career. Let’s go Cardinals.
